Product Manager, International Transfers (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of international transfer products from conceptualization and launch through continuous improvement.
• Act as Product Owner for an Agile squad and translate business needs into product requirements, priorities, and backlog items.
• Improve product features, operations, marketing initiatives, and process controls to enhance customer experience.
• Use customer insights, data, market trends, and product metrics to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives.
• Support compliance, security, risk management, product adoption, usage, and growth while managing external partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in fintech, payments, digital products, or a fast-growing technology company.
• Experience managing a product from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of software and APIs; coding experience is not required.
• Strong analytical, project management, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles, customer-centric product development, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in remittances, cross-border payments, or fintech.
• Scrum.org certification such as PSPO or PSM.
