Customer Trust & Engagement Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead customer trust engagements, including executive briefings, security reviews, and compliance discussions.
• Communicate hirify.global's approach to security, privacy, risk management, and responsible AI in a customer-centric manner.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to support strategic opportunities, renewals, and complex trust inquiries.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders across security, privacy, risk, procurement, and legal teams.
• Serve as a customer advocate by integrating feedback into product, engineering, and go-to-market planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Privacy, Legal, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing consultative or program management role involving cybersecurity, privacy, or compliance.
• Proven experience leading discussions with senior stakeholders and executives on trust-related topics.
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, and risk management concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing executive briefings and trust narratives.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, FedRAMP, or CSA STAR frameworks.
• Experience discussing AI governance and data governance with customers.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+, CIPP, or CIPM.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and vendor risk assessments.
