Location: On-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

  • Lead the critical resolution of operational needs for the Assembly process and equipment.
  • Optimize advanced process control systems to automate defect containment.
  • Define maintenance and calibration procedures to sustain equipment OEE standards.
  • Drive new technology development, product transfers, and process integration.
  • Develop breakthrough innovations in process and equipment to generate patentable solutions.
  • Deploy AI and Robotics as part of the Factory of the Future transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, AI/Robotics, Chemical Engineering, or related majors.
  • Strong English articulation and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on 12-hour shifts based on business needs.
  • Data-driven mindset and a positive learning attitude.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in Machine Learning, Robotics, Python, OpenVino, Tensorflow, C++, ROS, MATLAB, Gazebo, V-REP, or Webots.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time programming.
  • Experience in Advance Packaging and semiconductor packaging, specifically in Equipment design, DFA/DFM, and PFMEA assessments.
