What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for the hirify.global mobile app from discovery and research to polished UI delivery.
• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for complex financial and blockchain-related products.
• Lead the design of new features and enhancements across iOS and Android applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and improve user experience before development.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system to ensure product consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and native mobile design patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency.
• Schedule: Ability to align working hours with GMT+3.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or security-related products.
• Experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications.
• Understanding of Web3, cryptocurrencies, hardware wallets, or decentralized technologies.
