Product Designer Junior+ (Fintech)

Location: Worldwide; flexible work from an office or remotely. Relocation support is available to hubs in Georgia or Serbia.

hirify.global is a fintech product company building digital banking and payment products for consumers and small and medium-sized businesses.

What you will do

• Design onboarding and origination journeys, payment experiences, and SME banking products.
• Create experiences for cards, credit, debit accounts, savings, loans, transaction history, and account analytics.
• Partner with product managers, data analysts, and engineers to ship production features.
• Maintain scalable and consistent design systems across iOS, Android, and web interfaces.
• Build interactive prototypes, run corridor tests, and iterate based on user feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant product design experience.
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals, including iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material guidelines, grids, and typography.
• A portfolio demonstrating the design process and decision-making.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and create clear, user-friendly experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layouts, components, variants, and interactive prototyping.
• English at B2 level or higher is required for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or similar domains.
• Experience designing AI-driven features or personalization.
• Experience designing web interfaces.
