What you will do

• Shape and drive financial strategy for the KBO region in alignment with regional and global priorities.
• Advise senior leadership on growth, investments, pricing, performance, and strategic business decisions.
• Lead annual operating plans, forecasts, long-range planning, executive reporting, and performance tracking.
• Evaluate pricing, interchange, commercial strategies, strategic initiatives, investments, and partnerships.
• Strengthen financial governance, controls, processes, tools, and data integrity.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
• 15+ years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with an advanced degree, or 10+ years with a PhD.
• Deep expertise in financial planning, performance management, and strategic finance.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior executives, managing geographically distributed teams, and leading change in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, commercial, and leadership skills.

• Strong understanding of the payments industry and revenue drivers.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business degree.
