What you will do

• Lead architecture and technical decision-making, defining the long-term design direction of the Growth Studio product.
• Define scalable patterns for services, APIs, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with Product Managers, UX, and QA to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Guide the design of integrations with internal and external platforms.
• Perform architecture and code reviews to ensure software design, security, and performance standards.
• Mentor engineers on system design, tradeoff analysis, and architectural thinking.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in complex software product development with a focus on technical leadership or architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript-based systems and modern backend infrastructure.
• Strong experience with web app architecture, APIs, and distributed or event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI capabilities, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and embeddings.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience architecting AI-first or data-rich SaaS products in high-growth environments.
• Literacy in cloud platforms, networking, and containers.
• Experience building systems that unify multiple data sources into a single workflow.
• Experience developing AI agents or automation for product improvement.
