TL;DR
Senior/Lead Quality Control Engineer (Java/QA): Leading quality assurance for web, backend, and mobile applications with an accent on manual testing, test strategy, and complex business workflow validation. Focus on analyzing data processing, comparison, benchmarking, and reporting functionality while improving QA processes and coordinating with developers and international stakeholders.
Location: QTSC 1 Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward (District 12), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working time: 08:30–18:00, Monday to Friday, including a 1.5-hour lunch break.

What you will do
- Lead quality assurance activities across web, backend, and mobile applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and project teams to support product quality and delivery timelines.
- Identify, analyze, track, and manage defects, including issue resolution and regression coverage.
- Participate in requirements analysis, sprint planning, and QA process improvement.
- Validate complex business workflows, data processing, comparison logic, and reporting features in consumer-facing applications.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, SDLC/STLC, defect management, and testing processes.
- Solid knowledge of Java and strong Java fundamentals.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills required for direct collaboration with international clients and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience applying AI tools in software testing.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and API testing.
- Experience with consumer products and complex data analysis, comparison, benchmarking, or reporting systems.
