What you will do

• Manage OTC trading flow from new and existing counterparties.
• Identify and capture trading opportunities and execute trades within defined parameters.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, cash management, legal) to ensure proper settlement of transactions.
• Optimize the cryptocurrency portfolio in coordination with researchers and other traders.
• Communicate with global offices on various workflow initiatives.
• Provide weekend trading coverage, following a schedule of three weekdays and two weekend days.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of OTC trading experience.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and digital wallets.
• Strong organizational and math skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven self-starter with strong initiative.
