Salary: $95,000–$118,000 plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead manual and automated testing strategies covering functional, integration, API, regression, exploratory, and performance testing.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted testing, intelligent automation, prompt engineering, and responsible AI validation.
• Develop test plans, quality standards, reusable automation assets, documentation, and release-readiness practices.
• Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, customer feedback, and release outcomes to improve reliability and delivery confidence.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Developer Experience throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers while supporting technical interviews and hiring decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or software engineering, including technical leadership.
• 1–3 years of experience leading or mentoring engineering teams or technical initiatives.
• Strong expertise in quality engineering, automation frameworks, AI-assisted testing, and modern testing methodologies.
• Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, observability, cloud-native applications, and software delivery practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, conflict-resolution, stakeholder-management, and people-development skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Quality Engineering teams in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, platform engineering, quality analytics, or organization-wide quality improvements.
• Scrum Master, ISTQB, or equivalent quality engineering certification.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development or testing tools.
