What you will do

• Review and approve test submissions, manage live test invites, and support testers throughout testing phases.
• Coordinate directly with clients, manage designated accounts, and help resolve testing and submission issues.
• Review and rate tester feedback, manage VIP programme status, and issue guidance or warnings when needed.
• Build and moderate Discord communities, enforce rules, and coordinate with volunteer helpers and moderators.
• Organise social events, competitions, game nights, and weekly giveaways.
• Monitor game releases and social media to identify playtesting opportunities and support launch content.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in community management and/or event coordination.
• Fluent English is mandatory, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Coordination skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience driving complex programmes.
• Adaptability, initiative, and a self-starter mindset.
• A criminal background check is required; a record is assessed based on the nature and seriousness of the offence and the conviction date.
