What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans across UI, API, and backend systems.
• Build and scale robust automation frameworks using Python and Selenium for web and mobile applications.
• Develop reusable test utilities, APIs, and libraries to increase automation efficiency.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and drive timely resolution with development teams.
• Advocate for a shift-left testing approach, embedding quality practices throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing and 3+ years in UI/API test automation.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred), Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium and/or Appium.
• Strong experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, GraphQL, gRPC).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-PC devices (game consoles, mobile phones, set-top boxes).
• Knowledge of React Native.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed system testing.
• Experience with performance, load, and scalability testing tools.
