Location: Hybrid (Must be based in New York City or San Francisco, 2 days per week in office)

Salary: $174,500 - $236,000 USD

What you will do

• Cultivate relationships with journalists in enterprise tech, AI, and SaaS to drive earned media coverage in top-tier outlets.
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop and execute PR strategies for major product announcements.
• Manage agency relationships and workflows across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Develop internal communication programs and craft announcements to keep employees connected to the company narrative.
• Execute executive thought leadership plans, including LinkedIn strategies, bylines, and conference speaking opportunities.
• Monitor the media landscape for potential reputational issues and support crisis communications protocols.

Requirements

• 7+ years of communications experience, preferably both in-house at a B2B tech company and at a PR agency.
• Experience in analytics, data, AI, engineering, or product development domains.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the New York or San Francisco offices.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for press releases, media pitches, and executive messaging.
• Proven track record of securing meaningful coverage in top-tier tech and business outlets.
• Experience managing external agencies and partners outside of the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) in a B2B SaaS context.
• Experience as a PR team of one or supporting a company through a major growth phase or rebrand.
• Journalism training or prior experience as a reporter/editor.
• Existing relationships with reporters covering enterprise software and AI.
