What you will do

• Manage and resolve sensitive, complex escalations related to Trust & Safety and support policy.
• Enforce Community Guidelines and Terms of Service to prevent fraudulent activity and protect the ecosystem.
• Investigate bugs and app functionality issues in collaboration with Engineering teams.
• Collect and analyze user feedback on new product and feature rollouts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners in Legal, Marketing, Comms, and outsourced teams.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to organizational projects to achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar operations or support role.
• Basic knowledge of Zendesk.
• Strong analytical skills, judgment, and the ability to summarize complex cases quickly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Vancouver, BC
