What you will do

• Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn direct outreach and complex internet searches.
• Perform search functions, including database mining and functional web searches.
• Research and target new talent sourcing channels to uncover hidden talent.
• Act as a company ambassador to increase brand awareness and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and track sourced talent within the SmartRecruiters ATS.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the Recruiting or Sourcing field.
• Familiarity with main development languages, libraries, and frameworks.
• Fluency in English for convenient communication with international candidates.
• Professional and distinct LinkedIn profile.

Nice to have

• Background in Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
