Salary: $195,200 – $361,200 USD

What you will do

• Define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for the neuromorphic runtime software stack.
• Architect and optimize firmware and runtime components, including execution control, scheduling, and memory management.
• Deliver performance infrastructure for profiling, tracing, debugging, and benchmarking.
• Integrate the runtime stack into robotics and edge software ecosystems to enable efficient deployment.
• Collaborate with hardware, compiler, and application teams to translate workload requirements into software capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, establish engineering practices, and mentor engineers to scale the team.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience developing low-level systems software for AI/accelerators (e.g., CUDA, LLVM, oneAPI, SYCL, OpenVINO, TVM).
• 5+ years of experience leading software architecture for complex AI or accelerator systems.
• 8+ years of experience developing production-grade software in C/C++ and Python.
• 5+ years of experience with AI/deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics and edge systems, specifically ROS2.
• Expertise in HW/SW co-design, hardware simulator development, or software bring-up.
• Experience with parallel computing paradigms or spatial AI hardware accelerators.
• Experience with embedded or real-time Linux and device-driver development.
• Prior contributions to open-source software projects.
