What you will do

• Define and drive the project design vision in alignment with the Creative Director.
• Direct design teams across missions, narrative, level design, and UX implementation.
• Balance feature and content requests against mission design scope and project goals.
• Evaluate design work throughout development for clarity, balance, depth, and player comprehension.
• Serve as the primary client interface for mission-specific content and related design discussions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Design Director, Game Director, or Associate Design Director on a successful PC or console game.
• Strong collaboration experience with Narrative, Level Design, Art, and Audio teams.
• Leadership and mentorship experience managing and developing teams of designers.
• Passion for innovative player experiences and current game development practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in mission design and a track record of delivering engaging narrative and gameplay-driven content.
