What you will do

• Lead industry-based digital transformation plans using market studies, global benchmarks, and hirify.global’s solution portfolio.
• Analyze customer needs and behavior to support the design, pricing, and development of business products and solutions.
• Design go-to-market plans, including communication and engagement strategies to drive adoption and market penetration.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to optimize marketing approaches and business outcomes.
• Build stakeholder relationships, conduct enterprise customer visits, demonstrate solutions, and plan B2B marketing events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, go-to-market strategy, or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications, ICT, or technology solutions.
• Proficiency with data-driven marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
