TL;DR
Onsite Marketing Manager (E-commerce): Managing onsite trading, merchandising, and promotional economics across a large catalogue with an accent on campaign planning, conversion optimization, and commercial performance. Focus on building the conversion experimentation pipeline, modeling promotional P&L, and improving checkout completion and average order value.

What you will do
- Own the rolling 90-day campaign calendar and prepare launch briefs.
- Manage promotional P&L, including discount depth, cost modeling, return analysis, and outcome reporting.
- Define merchandising rules for sorting, category presentation, and bundling.
- Own the conversion roadmap and experimentation pipeline, including A/B testing.
- Lead onsite production and organic search delivery.
- Approve landing pages and report on conversion rate, average order value, and checkout completion.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce trading, merchandising, or conversion optimization.
- Experience owning promotional calendars across multiple channels.
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
- People management experience.
- Strong commercial numeracy across promotional margin, markdown, and basket economics.
Nice to have
- Marketplace or large-catalogue e-commerce experience.
- Working knowledge of a CMS, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with an experimentation platform.
