What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow research scientists and engineers working on generative AI initiatives.
• Define multi-year research roadmaps, scientific questions, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Drive research execution from early prototyping through deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, client-facing teams, and external academic or industry partners.
• Publish research, present at conferences, contribute to open source, and represent the organization externally.
• Build an inclusive, high-performing culture while supporting technical development and talent growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on research experience in machine learning, deep learning, generative models, agent or reinforcement-learning systems, or related fields.
• PhD or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong research record with publications in top-tier venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or ACL.
• Experience leading or managing research teams and developing technical talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in the United States in one of the specified locations.
