Location: United States federal-contractor environment; work is primarily performed in an office environment.

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the full RMF process, including system categorization, security control selection, implementation, and assessment.
• Develop and maintain System Security Plans, Security Assessment Reports, Plans of Action and Milestones, and other RMF documentation.
• Manage system security data and compliance activities in eMASS.
• Implement continuous monitoring to evaluate security controls, track vulnerabilities, and manage configuration changes.
• Advise system owners and coordinate with Authorizing Officials and other stakeholders on risks and compliance status.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Top Secret level.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required and must be maintained throughout employment.
• Mastery of eMASS, ACAS/Nessus or comparable vulnerability scanning tools, COMSEC, and SCAP security compliance checkers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on RMF experience with complex DoD IT systems.
