What you will do

• Own the end-to-end menu-to-checkout journey, covering browsing, item selection, cart, and account sign-up.
• Partner with Product and Analytics to define hypotheses and run A/B tests to optimize conversion.
• Design scalable systems that handle both single and complex group ordering experiences.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes while contributing to the shared design system.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment through workshops, critiques, and storytelling.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into the design process and research synthesis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design.
• Proficiency with the Figma suite and prototyping tools.
• Experience contributing to and working within robust design systems.
• Ability to independently frame ambiguous problems and influence product direction.
• Must be based in the US (hirify.global does not sponsor work visas).
• Detailed portfolio showcasing complex flows and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing checkout, cart, or payment flows, including error and fraud states.
• Experience in the restaurant, catering, delivery, or gig-economy sectors.
• Background working in experimentation-heavy environments (e.g., A/B testing).
• Familiarity with Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) or systems thinking frameworks.
