What you will do

• Drive technical and architectural decisions for new and evolving product capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain base platform software and client-specific solutions.
• Lead teams technically and deliver production-ready, high-quality code.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify requirements and specifications.
• Advocate for automation across testing, integration, and deployment, including code reviews and CI/CD.
• Own functional areas or projects, track sprint delivery, provide support, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with Agile and Scrum.
• Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor is required.
• Experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework or Dapper, Web APIs, microservices, relational databases, Node, Angular or React, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and CI/CD.
• Remote work eligibility is limited to Canada or the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG, vector databases, or MCP servers.
• Experience with MongoDB, AWS or Azure, multi-tenancy, message queues, or Docker.
• Occupational health, environmental, ergonomics, or safety domain experience.
