What you will do

• Develop and maintain trading systems for DeFi protocols and exchanges using C++20 and Rust.
• Research, validate, and implement trading hypotheses and production-ready strategies.
• Optimize system performance and low-latency execution.
• Analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve trading-system efficiency.
• Explore DeFi opportunities and integrate protocols and exchanges.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of C++20 and hands-on experience with Rust.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and multithreaded programming.
• Solid knowledge of computer networking and low-latency system design.
• Ability to independently research complex systems and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Strong mathematical background and analytical thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience in DeFi, HFT, or algorithmic trading.
• Understanding of DEXs, AMMs, RFQs, intents, and MEV.
