What you will do

• Produce digital and print content including ads, email graphics, social media assets, and presentations.
• Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency and accessibility.
• Deliver production-ready assets based on templates with minimal creative input.
• Collaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage high-volume deliverables.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in visual or graphic design in production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• English: B2 Advanced or C1 level required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Location: Based in Mexico.
• Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
• Experience with content management platforms (e.g., AEM).
• Familiarity with collaborative design platforms such as Figma.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial, pharma, or legal.
