Salary: $106,000–$176,600 annually, plus a 15% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies supporting CISO priorities and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Create newsletters, leadership messages, campaign materials, SharePoint content, presentations, infographics, and other digital assets.
• Translate complex cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud topics into clear, actionable communications for executives and business partners.
• Build executive-ready presentations and visual storytelling materials that communicate priorities, progress, insights, and outcomes.
• Coordinate messaging with Cyber Defense, Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital, and Technology teams.
• Support cybersecurity awareness campaigns and contribute to video, multimedia, and digital storytelling efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience, master’s degree with at least 2 years, PhD with 0+ years, associate’s degree with 8 years, or high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide communication plans and executive-level presentations.
• Experience with Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, and similar creative tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, public speaking, collaboration, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong people management experience, including leading, motivating, and developing team members.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. visa sponsorship is unavailable now and in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, information security, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• Background in creative communications, visual design, or multimedia storytelling.
