What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive risk assurance activities across EU-wide operations.
- Conduct thematic reviews on conduct, compliance, financial crime, IT, prudential, and strategic risks.
- Identify and recommend improvements in risk management frameworks and track remediation efforts.
- Engage proactively with business and risk stakeholders to foster a transparent risk culture.
- Contribute to strategic risk assurance planning and maintain governance frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with first-line defence, group risk, and internal audit teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland
- Strong background in risk assurance, internal audit, or risk management within European regulatory and financial services contexts.
- Experience with diverse risk areas including ICT, information security, financial crime, operational and conduct risk.
- Deep understanding of risk and control frameworks such as COSO and ISO.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Suite; SQL or Python experience is a plus.
