Salary: €66,000 - €80,000 plus performance incentives

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive risk assurance activities across EU-wide operations.
• Conduct thematic reviews on conduct, compliance, financial crime, IT, prudential, and strategic risks.
• Identify and recommend improvements in risk management frameworks and track remediation efforts.
• Engage proactively with business and risk stakeholders to foster a transparent risk culture.
• Contribute to strategic risk assurance planning and maintain governance frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with first-line defence, group risk, and internal audit teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland
• Strong background in risk assurance, internal audit, or risk management within European regulatory and financial services contexts.
• Experience with diverse risk areas including ICT, information security, financial crime, operational and conduct risk.
• Deep understanding of risk and control frameworks such as COSO and ISO.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Google Suite; SQL or Python experience is a plus.
