What you will do

• Lead client design workshops to identify needs and define custom AI application solutions.
• Scope AI use cases across government entities and own large projects for one or more customers.
• Lead engineers, machine learning engineers, operators, and go-to-market stakeholders through development of AI applications and custom LLMs.
• Engage future end users, gather feedback, and prioritize product improvements.
• Define model evaluation sets and performance requirements, review results, and iterate on solutions.
• Provide progress updates to clients and Global Public Sector leadership while supporting impactful revenue-generating solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building products, including AI-powered products developed within the last 1–2 years.
• Strong technical background through a STEM degree and/or experience building technical software products.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their enterprise and consumer applications.
• Experience with vibe-coding tools such as Replit, Lovable, or Bolt, and design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Miro.
• Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Coding experience with Python.
• Proficiency in Arabic, written and spoken.
