Product Manager of AI Applications (AI)

Location: Candidates applying based in Qatar must obtain the required residency and employment permissions from Qatari authorities.

What you will do

• Lead client design workshops and define custom AI solutions for government entities.
• Identify and scope AI application use cases across public-sector organizations.
• Lead cross-functional development of AI applications and custom large language models.
• Engage future end users, gather feedback, and prioritize product improvements.
• Define model evaluation sets and performance requirements, review results, and iterate on solutions.
• Provide progress updates to clients and International Public Sector leadership.

Requirements

• Strong curiosity and motivation to build AI applications with measurable impact.
• Mission-driven mindset and ability to learn and grow quickly.
• Experience leading product development and collaborating with engineering, machine learning, operations, and go-to-market teams.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and applied AI technologies.
• For Qatar-based applicants, residency and employment permissions issued by Qatari authorities are required.
• Required immigration documentation must be provided for Qatar visa and work-permit processing.

Nice to have

• Four or more years of product-building experience, including recent experience building AI-powered products.
• Python coding experience and a strong technical or STEM background.
• Understanding of generative AI applications in enterprise and consumer settings.
• Experience with vibe-coding tools such as Replit, Lovable, or Bolt and design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Miro.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic.
