What you will do

• Define and implement standards for responsible AI, model governance, and production MLOps across the Global Public Sector team.
• Architect and build high-risk strategic AI systems designed to prevent systemic failure and resolve severe model safety incidents.
• Develop reusable AI capabilities, including production-ready agent implementations and fine-tuned models.
• Act as the senior technical partner to client leadership on AI strategy and technical roadmaps.
• Coach and mentor Senior Applied AI Engineers and delegate ownership of technical domains.
• Contribute to recruiting and represent the company's AI initiatives externally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience with a multi-year track record of owning production AI/ML systems.
• Expertise in training data quality, adaptation methods, fine-tuning evaluation, and optimizing cost, latency, and quality.
• Experience owning AI-powered products end-to-end, directly influencing the AI's behavior.
• Track record of establishing long-term standards, MLOps practices, or architectural patterns.
• Deep experience with regulated, sovereign, or on-premise AI deployment, including hallucination mitigation.
• Ability to meet vetting requirements (BPSS, SC, or DV clearance) depending on the specific assignment.
