What you will do

• Architect and deploy production AI systems integrating LLMs, retrieval, memory, and enterprise data.
• Develop agent runtimes, orchestration frameworks, and context pipelines for reliability and scalability.
• Implement AI quality systems using offline benchmarks, online experiments, and LLM-as-a-Judge.
• Partner with enterprise customers to translate ambiguous problems into scalable AI architectures.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and document reusable patterns for strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in distributed systems and system design.
• Proficiency in Python for building production software.
• Experience building AI applications using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or vector databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication skills for working directly with enterprise engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying autonomous systems or production AI agents.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD.
• Experience with LLM observability, tracing, and AI monitoring.
• Background in leading architecture reviews and customer design sessions.
