What you will do

• Define and manage system-level requirements and interfaces for complex safety and site technology programs.
• Lead system integration, validation, and verification activities for software, hardware, and robotic systems.
• Design system architectures for autonomy middleware, machine control hardware, and sensors.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure architectural intent and implementation alignment.
• Troubleshoot integration issues between robotic software and existing infrastructure.
• Document system architectures, design decisions, and validation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in systems integration and managing requirements for multi-product environments.
• Proficiency in software product design, architecture, and SDLC practices.
• Experience with software product testing, verification, and validation strategies.
• Knowledge of autonomy, robotics, and embedded systems technologies.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite in Mossville, IL.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Technical Lead on autonomy or embedded product development programs.
• Knowledge of functional safety, SOTIF, or collision mitigation.
• Experience with hirify.global products or the mining, construction, or automotive industries.
• Experience with heavy machine platforms such as Loaders, Haul Trucks, or Dozers.
