Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Architect and deploy production AI systems that integrate LLMs, retrieval, and memory into complex enterprise environments.
• Develop agent runtimes, orchestration frameworks, and execution services focused on reliability, scalability, and latency.
• Operationalize AI quality systems using evaluation harnesses, offline benchmarks, and LLM-as-a-Judge.
• Partner directly with enterprise customers to translate ambiguous problems into scalable production AI architectures.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic accounts, leading architecture discussions on distributed systems and AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in distributed systems, data structures, and system design.
• Strong Python programming skills for building production software.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or vector databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern production infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills for direct collaboration with enterprise engineering teams.
• Must be located in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle

Nice to have

• Experience deploying production AI agents or autonomous systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD.
• Experience with LLM observability, regression testing, and safety guardrails.
• Experience leading architecture reviews or customer design sessions.
