What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including manual and automated frameworks.
- Establish metrics to monitor system effectiveness and drive sound quality decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads to increase SQA impact on end products.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle from conception to delivery and maintenance.
- Mitigate risks and escalate technical issues to leadership as appropriate.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4-6 years of experience as a QA manager in an agile environment or 1+ years as a Senior SQA Manager.
- Proven track record in leading the architecture and operations of enterprise-scale testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, verification/validation techniques, and test management.
- Working knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, API testing, and load testing tools.
- Experience with CI/CD environments, specifically Jenkins, and bug tracking tools like Rally.
Nice to have
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Strong coding skills and a passion for writing solid, maintainable code.
