Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and exceptional finance leader to join our team and bring our financial infrastructure and processes to a new level. hirify.global has two main B2B products - hirify.global Cryptoprocessing and hirify.global On-ramp Widget.

What you will do

• Be a part of the C-level team to define and implement the company's strategy.
• Lead the process of building the financial infrastructure and connect with banks and payments service providers.
• Optimize the business models of our products together with the product teams.
• Manage the monthly budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting.
• Manage the company's tax and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience on a CFO or senior financial officer positions in fintech or crypto companies.
• Experience in consulting in the Big Four.
• Wide network of partners in the banks, payment service providers, gateways, and other financial organizations.
• Result-oriented.
• English: Perfect communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Good understanding of cryptocurrencies.
