What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to meet project schedules and cost objectives.
• Manage the release of requisitions based on MRP outputs and coordinate with procurement to expedite or amend orders.
• Oversee the end-to-end kitting process, including order scheduling and works order release.
• Coordinate flight store activities and ensure timely delivery through the clean room.
• Monitor production progress and proactively address material or scheduling issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to established processes and deadlines to support business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Professional experience in production control, material planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and production scheduling principles.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions, including procurement and manufacturing.
• Must be clearable for Security Clearance (Baseline Personnel Security Standard - BPSS).
• Location: Must be based in Portsmouth, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience within aerospace, defence, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.
