What you will do

• Lead a specialized SRE team focused on the design, deployment, and maintenance of automation toolsets.
• Establish and enforce IaC standards using Terraform to ensure consistent and secure deployments.
• Develop strategies for automated configuration and state management using Ansible and Packer for Windows, Linux, and ESXi platforms.
• Implement SLIs/SLOs and observability to ensure the high availability of automation platforms.
• Drive the automated lifecycle of physical and virtual assets, from template creation to decommissioning.
• Lead the development of custom scripts and internal providers using Python, Go, PowerShell, and Bash.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps, specifically focused on infrastructure automation at scale.
• Deep proficiency with Terraform (providers, modules, state management) and Ansible (roles, playbooks, Tower/AWX).
• Hands-on experience creating standardized, hardened images via Packer and Ansible for hybrid environments.
• Strong experience automating VMware (vSphere/vCenter), Azure, and AWS.
• High-level scripting skills in Python, Go, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Mastery of Git branching strategies and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in team leadership or management.
• Experience with IAM platforms like Entra ID, Active Directory, and Okta.
• Knowledge of block and object storage solutions (HP Alletra, EMC, DDN, S3, Azure Blob).
• Storage Backup/DR administration using Commvault or Veeam.
