What you will do

• Establish a multi-year platform and reliability strategy and define the SRE roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of senior SREs, developing technical leaders.
• Architect and manage secure hybrid infrastructure across GCP, AWS, and on-premise data centers using Kubernetes and Hashicorp Nomad.
• Own incident response and root-cause analysis to meet MTTD/MTTR targets.
• Govern cloud architecture, IaC, networking, and cost management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with auditors and regulators.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading senior SRE teams in 24/7 financial environments.
• Deep expertise in GCP and AWS networking, Kubernetes, Nomad, and Terraform workflows.
• Solid background in bare-metal hardware, data center networking, and Cloudflare Zero Trust architectures.
• Strong software engineering background with deep understanding of distributed systems and Linux.
• Experience evolving complex, heterogeneous estates rather than just greenfield environments.
