TL;DR
Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (AWS/CI/CD): Building and operating reliable internal developer platforms, self-service infrastructure, and cloud-native delivery workflows with an accent on CI/CD automation, observability, and developer experience. Focus on designing golden paths and ephemeral environments, applying SRE metrics, and solving reliability and operational toil across multiple engineering teams.
Location: Fully remote from a non- worksite, typically the employee's residence; role is associated with Orlando, Florida. Occasional in-person collaboration, team meetings, business gatherings, and a pre-hire in-person interview may be required.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and operate reliable internal developer platforms and self-service infrastructure provisioning.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and related tools.
- Develop golden paths, service templates, scaffolding tools, CLI tooling, preview deployments, and ephemeral environments.
- Apply SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and DORA metrics to improve platform reliability and software delivery performance.
- Build observability dashboards and automate operational toil across developer workflows.
- Partner with engineering, security, and platform operations teams while mentoring engineers and influencing platform roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, DevOps, or a related discipline.
- Experience building internal developer platforms, self-service infrastructure, or developer tooling.
- Strong experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
- Experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, TypeScript, or similar scripting languages, plus experience with Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, technical leadership across teams, documentation, troubleshooting, and on-call support.
Nice to have
- AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
- Experience with high-scale consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud cost optimization, FinOps, developer portals, or service catalogs.
