What you will do

• Lead the design and operation of internal developer platforms and self-service infrastructure provisioning capabilities.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
• Apply SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, to improve software delivery performance.
• Develop "golden paths", service templates, and standardized workflows to accelerate software delivery.
• Build observability solutions and dashboards via Datadog to monitor platform health and developer wait times.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on cloud-native development and platform architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Proficiency in scripting using Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript.
• Experience with container orchestration including Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives spanning multiple product domains.
• Availability for an in-person interview at a company location prior to hiring.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer).
• Experience supporting high-scale consumer-facing digital platforms.
• Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices.
• Experience with developer portals or internal service catalogs.
