What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of cyber experts, ensuring high-quality delivery of client engagements.
• Perform detailed architecture reviews to identify security flaws and recommend mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance hirify.global's product and service offerings.
• Define KPIs to track team performance and create quality validation processes.
• Improve clients' security posture by implementing best-practice organizational procedures.
• Research and advocate for emerging security technologies and solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Herzliya, Israel
• 3+ years of experience leading security architects or senior cybersecurity professionals.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience securing large-scale organizational networks and OS hardening.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, and NIS2.
• Proficiency in securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with security controls (EDR/XDR, DLP, SASE) and monitoring systems (SOC, SIEM, SOAR).
• Expertise in Microsoft IT infrastructure, including AD, Entra-id, and M365.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a CISO or Deputy CISO.
