Senior Cyber Security Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (Tel Aviv, Israel) - 3 days office, 2 days home

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain security architectures across Cloud, SaaS, AI, and Corporate environments.
• Secure enterprise infrastructure by strengthening cloud security and managing identity and access.
• Deploy and optimize security technologies across Identity, Endpoint, Network, Email, and Data Protection domains.
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate security risks, vulnerabilities, and cloud exposures.
• Lead end-to-end security projects in collaboration with Engineering, DevOps, and IT teams.
• Ensure the secure adoption of AI technologies in alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Security experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Security Engineering.
• 3+ years of IT Infrastructure or Systems Engineering experience (Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365).
• Strong hands-on experience securing AWS, Azure, and GCP using modern Cloud Security platforms (CNAPP/CSPM).
• Experience implementing Identity & Access Management (IAM), including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and Zero Trust.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&C.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv office (Hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Experience securing enterprise AI environments, AI governance, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or REST APIs.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, CCSP, GIAC, or AWS Security Specialty.
