What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end incident response lifecycle, driving investigations and post-incident improvements.
• Design and implement high-fidelity detection rules across SIEM, EDR, and cloud platforms.
• Build and maintain incident response frameworks, including runbooks and escalation paths.
• Develop automation and AI-driven workflows to streamline triage and investigation processes.
• Proactively hunt for threats and identify emerging attack techniques relevant to enterprise environments.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, and Compliance teams to embed security into infrastructure and services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, or Detection Engineering.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end incident response for high-severity security incidents.
• Strong understanding of SIEM, EDR, and cloud security platforms.
• Hands-on experience automating security operations using SOAR platforms and AI-powered workflows.
• Solid understanding of AWS security fundamentals and containerized environments.
• Excellent communication skills for incident coordination and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring engineers or leading cross-functional security initiatives.
• Familiarity with SOC2, FedRAMP, or other regulated compliance frameworks.
• Experience with EKS.
