Vulnerability Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead and mature the vulnerability management program across cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, and application environments.
• Drive the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle from identification and assessment to remediation and validation.
• Implement risk-based prioritization strategies aligned with threat intelligence and business impact.
• Define and track key security performance indicators, including remediation timelines and exposure trends.
• Execute cross-functional cybersecurity projects, managing scope, objectives, and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards to leadership to support governance and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in vulnerability management or cyber security operations.
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management within technology or security.
• Proven hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Tenable, or Wiz.
• Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and application environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a CISO organization or Security PMO.
• Background in SaaS or large-scale enterprise cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST.
• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
