Location: Onsite in Andover, Massachusetts, United States. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.
Salary: $99,200–$165,400 annual base salary, plus a 12.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership for HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, steam, heating water, process glycol, cold rooms, exhaust, fire protection, BAS, and related control systems.
- Design and support mechanical utility systems for pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, and industrial facilities.
- Develop system selections, sizing calculations, basis-of-design documents, P&IDs, airflow diagrams, equipment layouts, and control philosophies.
- Lead multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and provide technical oversight through execution.
- Support construction administration, drawing and submittal reviews, commissioning, startup, punch lists, and turnover.
- Improve maintenance and operational reliability through procedures, training, preventive maintenance, equipment evaluations, and root cause failure analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience, master’s degree with at least 2 years, PhD with 0+ years, associate’s degree with 8 years, or high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of Process Safety Management and Enterprise Asset Management or CMMS applications.
- Knowledge of cGMP, FDA requirements, pharmaceutical industry standards, and applicable regulations.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, shift priorities, and adapt to changing facility needs.
