L2 Support Specialist (Infor WMS)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary L2 functional support contact for Infor WMS customers, troubleshooting operational problems and root causes.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new customers, conducting discovery sessions to understand warehouse processes.
• Configure WMS settings, EBRs, and RF screens based on approved business requirements.
• Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and existing system functionality.
• Create configuration documentation, process flows, user guides, and deliver end-user training.
• Support customer go-live activities and provide post-implementation hypercare.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in functional and business analysis, preferably with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Must have hands-on experience with Infor WMS and Infor billing module setup for 3PL.
• Deep expertise in Supply Chain, Warehousing, or 3PL operational processes.
• Experience onboarding customers and supporting live production environments.
• Advanced or native English proficiency.
• Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Poland, or Romania.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Knowledge of EDI processes and warehouse automation solutions.
• Experience in the E-commerce domain.
