What you will do

• Lead recurring and ad-hoc courseware updates, including syllabi, lesson revisions, and integration of new system information.
• Manage version control and configuration management according to hirify.global and program standards.
• Perform content gap analysis and training sequence improvements using MELD methodology.
• Oversee the creation of Media Selection Syllabus Reports (MSSR), Lesson Specification Reports (LSR), and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and engineers to ensure operational relevance and accuracy of training products.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of ISD developers and media designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Education, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in courseware development within defense, aviation, or military environments.
• Mandatory experience with MELD (Media Enhanced Learning Design).
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a US Secret clearance.
• Mastery of ISD processes (ADDIE), objective development, and multimedia integration.
• Experience working with aviation SMEs and aircrew instructors.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting military aviation training programs.
• Familiarity with hirify.global courseware standards and project structures.
• Experience with LMS/LCMS and SCORM content packaging.
