Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (telecommuting available up to 3 days per week within the Seattle Metropolitan area).

Salary: $163,322 - $170,000

What you will do

• Design and build reliable, scalable ETL pipelines and unified data workflows, including automated tagging and reporting logic.
• Architect dimensional data models that support self-service analytics and ensure consistency across datasets.
• Develop end-to-end analytics and dashboard solutions using tools like Tableau or Mode.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and governance across BI assets through testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand reporting capabilities to new products and requirements.
• Support and train business users to strengthen data fluency and promote BI tool adoption.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end analytics engineering and quantitative product data analysis.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL to design performant, reusable data models.
• Experience with BI tools and AWS stack: Redshift, QuickSight, SageMaker, Glue, Git, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Proficiency with big-data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Spark) and programming (Python, Java, R).
• Must be based in the Seattle Metropolitan area to support the hybrid work model.
