What you will do

• Drive graphic visitation for detailed decorations in collaboration with design specialists.
• Establish and document clear decision paths between Design, Processing, and manufacturing.
• Maintain and develop decoration guidelines to ensure print quality and process capability.
• Analyze graphic flows to reduce production risk and improve first-time-through performance across sites.
• Build business cases and lead improvement projects for automation and capability upgrades.

Requirements

• Technical education or hands-on experience in product development, design engineering, or graphic production.
• Experience with manufacturing print technologies in close partnership with design teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for reviewing graphics and discussing technical constraints.
• Structured planning habits and ability to create documented procedures.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Billund, Denmark.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with pad printing, tampo print, or similar press methods.
• Interest in Power BI, data insight, and process digitalization.
