What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for the Compliance Operations function, defining management of employment law and home care licensing.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build tech-first, automated solutions that reduce manual compliance effort.
• Own day-to-day compliance execution across all markets and resolve complex regulatory issues.
• Lead state licensing audits and audit-readiness programs end-to-end, including remediation and closure.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of 5–10 compliance and operations professionals.
• Develop key compliance metrics and dashboards to provide visibility into risk and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in operations, product operations, or compliance within a high-growth tech company.
• Proven experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
• Track record of building systems and processes that enable a function to scale.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools and operational KPIs.
• Demonstrated people management experience and ability to lead through ambiguity.
• English: C1+ required (Excellent written and verbal communication skills).
