Senior UI Tools Programmer (Gamedev)

Location: Must be based in San Diego, CA, United States

Salary: $75 per hour

What you will do

• Design and implement new features for the proprietary UI Editor.
• Maintain and enhance existing internal tools and runtime systems.
• Support fonts, localization pipelines, and PC development.
• Write clear, maintainable, and portable code following best practices.
• Profile and tune code performance to eliminate system bottlenecks.
• Perform rigorous testing and debugging of your own and others' code.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of programming experience in the game industry.
• Expertise in C# and .NET application development.
• Proven track record of developing and shipping several games on consoles.
• B.S. degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ programming.
• Experience with multi-threaded systems.
